Effectively communicate your team’s work to other senior leaders and the executive team on a regular basis. Leverage or build cloud-based architectures, technologies, and/or platforms to deliver optimized ML models at scale. Model the MLOps ways-of-working by leveraging CI/CD best practices, including test automation, automated deployments, model retraining, and monitoring to ensure successful deployment and continuous operation of ML systems and pipelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest state-of-the-art techniques in use and deployment of machine learning applications/models and foster a culture of learning within the organization. What you'll bring: Experience leading teams both technically and in a formal management capacity. Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and synthesize requirements across multiple domains. Highly skilled in the technologies we use and learn daily: API Design, scaling applications, distributed systems, Python (ML, APIs, workflows), Cloud Platform (Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Airflow, SQL. Well-developed software engineering/API design fundamentals and the ability to write production code when needed. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for MLOps and cloud technologies.
