Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Dunmore, PA
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and provide helpful support to our customers.
- Enter orders into the various order management systems
- Account maintenance, such as account setup, account updates, address changes, etc.
- Participate in discussions regarding improving National Book's operating procedures.
- Will to take on additional assignment during slower times
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Always convey professionalism and courteousness, especially during stressful encounters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good PC skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Logistics PRO, AS/400, navigating websites, and using email
- Drug screening and Background Screening
