Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team. As a successful Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with department managers to identify future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Responsibilities:

•Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

•Source and attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals

•Screen candidates resumes and job applications

•Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

•Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

•Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

•Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

•Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource (preferable Paylocity) Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Education & Experience:
  • Above the high school educational level - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of human resource recruiting experience required.
Essential Physical Functions:
  • When required, the ability to work on the production floor with exposure to dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
