The Role As a Client Partner at #paid, you’ll be a key driver of growth, helping brands and agencies harness the power of creator marketing. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to renewal, and will play a pivotal role in expanding key client accounts. Leveraging your personal network of influencer marketing and social media buyers, you’ll develop strategic relationships across industries such as Auto, Travel, Tech, and CPG. Responsibilities Leverage personal relationships : Bring your established network of influencer marketing and social media buyers from platforms like TikTok, Snap, Meta, and Pinterest to build new client opportunities. End-to-end sales management : Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, building proposals, execution, and renewal. Drive revenue growth : Develop and nurture relationships with brands and agencies, expanding existing accounts and securing new business across verticals such as Auto, Travel, Tech, and CPG. Tailored marketing strategies : Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized creator marketing solutions that meet client objectives and drive measurable ROI. Land and expand : Showcase your experience in taking clients from small initial contracts to seven-figure accounts, with real-life case studies to demonstrate success. Advocate for clients : Ensure client needs and feedback are represented internally, working closely with product and customer success teams to provide seamless support. Stay ahead of industry trends : Continuously adapt to industry changes, keeping up-to-date with the latest in influencer and digital marketing to inform strategy. To be successful, you'll need to Have a proven track record of building and managing long-term client relationships, particularly with social media and influencer marketing buyers. Be comfortable navigating change and embody an owner’s mentality, taking initiative to drive results. Demonstrate success in scaling client revenue from Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be a creative problem solver. Be able to lead multiple client pitches per week, maintaining strong pipelines through social selling and modern sales tactics. About you 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the digital marketing or influencer marketing space. Experience managing the full sales cycle, with success in client expansion and revenue growth. Personal network of influencer marketing/social platform buyers and strong relationships with platform leads at TikTok, Snap, Meta, Pinterest, etc. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results. Experience using sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite is a plus.
