Job Description:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Estimate project costs and prepare bids
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Procure materials and hire subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate closely with site Superintendents to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage change orders and address project issues effectively
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and external logistics companies for timely deliveries

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and conducting take-offs
- Strong leadership and work ethic
- Proven track record of controlling project costs and managing budgets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to clearly outline project scope and expectations for subcontractors
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, subcontractors, and upper management
- Willingness to travel occasionally (all travel expenses covered by the company)
