Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in both English and Spanish, directing inquiries as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Check and maintain attendance records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for various tasks and presentations.
- Support HR functions as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Speak English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
