Job Description:

As a bartender at The Landing Hotel's rooftop bar, you will be responsible for crafting classic and innovative cocktails, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our rooftop oasis. Your role is crucial in creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
Monitor guest behavior and respond appropriately to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
Process payments and manage cash register
Keep up-to-date with bar inventory and communicate needs to management
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
Must be 21 years of age or older
TIPS certification or equivalent is a plus
