Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency within the warehouse. Solicit feedback from team members and implement best practices accordingly. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and leading teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Forklift certification and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles are a plus.
