Summary:In this role, you will provide and drive results through efficient andsuccessful delivery of Labor Cost consulting engagements for member andclients. You will be expected to identify, evaluate, and implementopportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and/or improve quality.
Responsibilities:Execute on significant project work streams, initiatives, and plans thatmeet project schedule, budget and expected value.Participate in the drafting, review and quality control of workforceconsulting proposals and statements of work.Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of Vizient Workforce toolsand technologies at client sites.Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solvecomplex business problems.Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, includinginteraction with the C-suite.Provide business development support by generating leads or participating inclose of sales.Contribute to the practice development by submitting written papers onrelevant labor costs, attending conferences, participating in speakingengagements, and generating ideas for new products/services, etc.
Qualifications:Relevant degree preferred.7 or more years of relevant work experience required.Experience working with workforce projects required.Healthcare or consulting experience is required.Experience working with C-Suite level needed.Clinical experience preferred.Knowledge of operational benchmarking sources and methodology for acute careand ambulatory settings preferred.Prior experience managing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive projects aplus.Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meetclients' needs and timetables.
