Join Our Team in Colorado Springs: Customer Service Specialist
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, based in Colorado Springs. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, fast and accurate order processing, and maintaining great client relationships. You will be working with one of the world's most respected, well-known, medical equipment and device manufacturers.
Pay: $24 per hour (paid weekly)
First shift (7-4), M-F

Your Skills and Responsibilities:
- Location: You should be within a commutable distance of Colorado Springs, CO.
- Experience: You should ideally have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or specialization.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate's degree, is required. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Problem Solving: You'll interact with customers, company sales, and service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales tasks. As a skilled worker, you'll use your knowledge to determine the best approach to tasks and how to solve any abnormalities that may arise.
- Independence: You'll have the opportunity to complete your work with a limited degree of supervision, demonstrating your professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities
THIS JOB IS ONSITE IN COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
- Customer Service Excellence: Your primary goal will be delivering top-notch customer service. This includes efficiently processing orders, clear communication, and collaborating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- First Point of Contact: You'll be the initial point of contact for general inquiries from customers. Whether it's about pricing, products, scheduling, or anything else, you'll be the expert who provides the answers.
- Client Relationships: Building and maintaining positive business relationships with our clients is crucial. Your prompt and accurate service will foster customer loyalty.
Skills Customer Service (2 years of experience is required) Excel (1 year of experience is required) medical devices
