Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh based in the Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:
  • Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized, less complex books of business, providing strategic advice aligned with clients' business priorities and risk management needs.
  • Review clients' exposures and loss experience, utilizing risk expertise to develop tailored solutions for standard client needs.
  • Execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive, ensuring alignment with client instructions.
  • Assist in presentations to prospective clients, suggesting innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
What you need to have:
  • Proven experience in risk management and advisory roles, particularly with medium-sized books of business.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace and ability to analyze clients' risk strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers to deliver optimal options to clients.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,900 to $181,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
