An established plastic fabrication company in Bucks County, PA is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator. Position involves fabrication and distribution of precision machined, molded and stamped thermoset and thermoplastic parts.

Responsibilities:
- Studies blueprint or layout on work piece to visualize machining required, and plans and selects sequence of operations.
- Selects feed rate, cutting speed, depth of cut, and cutting tool (bar tool, rotary cutter, or abrasive wheel) for each operation.
- Moves controls to position tool and work piece in relation to each other, and to set feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
- Observes operation and regulates tool position and verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications.

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of setup and operation of CNC mills or lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Programming a plus.
- HAAS experience is a plus.
