Job Summary: Are you a recent college graduate or someone passionate about starting a career in the laboratory field? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be involved in a variety of laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, data collection, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process laboratory samples following established protocols.Conduct routine tests and experiments under the guidance of experienced lab staff.Accurately record and analyze data, maintaining detailed lab notebooks.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on experimental results.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Previous laboratory experience, including internships or academic lab work.Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
