We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be identifying targeted clients in the commercial landscape industry who focus on landscape maintenance. This position requires partnering with municipalities, industrial complexes, colleges, etc. Your role includes educating, proposing, and closing sales for existing clients, as well as cultivating new customer relationships. Responsibilities: Generate leads and deliver meaningful sales demonstrations for prospects and current clients to support their landscape maintenance needs. Attend and speak at local conferences, meetings, and industry events to create awareness and develop relationships with key influencers. Work within the sales process to ensure effective communication with clients and optimize opportunities. Provide top-tier customer service and a consultative selling approach to create a positive client experience. Identify new and existing customer opportunities to grow accounts and find new business prospects. Document and regularly update customer information, sales workflows, and sales activities in CRM. Develop and maintain a working prospect list for the territory. Meet or exceed aligned sales goals within the territory. Minimum Qualifications: 2-4 years of industry sales experience in the green industry. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications: Business to Business Sales Experience as a distributor sales representative or manufacturer sales representative. 2-4 years of industry sales experience in the tree care and/or landscape maintenance industry. Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, Urban Forestry, Biology, Environmental Science, or equivalent practical experience.
