We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to own our organic social media and influencer marketing efforts for global Acronis. In this role, you will help with advancing our strategy, engagement, growth, testing, and optimization. You will be responsible for representing our brand and building strong online communities, liaising with various team members inside and outside of the marketing function, providing regular reporting to senior leaders, and helping to translate social media activities into tangible business results by expanding our voice and reach.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that social media serves as a catalyst for our ambitious growth plans, Acronis 10+ Cyber Protection Products, across our global profiles. You will be capable of managing internal stakeholders, setting expectations, and educating peers, as well as both developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. This role is a member of the Digital Marketing Team, reporting to the Manager of Digital Media. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of current best practices, as well as where the social media marketing industry is headed. You should be a persuasive communicator, evangelizing the value of Social Media amongst internal stakeholders, and helping regional teams understand the opportunities their local accounts provide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Translate business efforts and focuses to create a robust strategy for Acronis global accounts, including balancing multiple priorities across different internal teams Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Advise local regional marketing team members on social media best practices by platform as needed Ability to conduct in-depth content audits and analyze Acronis Social Media performance, identify issues, find root causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale. Communicate Social Media performance and initiative status to stakeholders in weekly business reporting. Manage critical cross-functional relationships with developers, product marketing, performance marketers, content marketing, designers, SEOs, public relations, communications, and other teams in multiple regions to ensure alignment in global business messaging and branding Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive social media marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Work with the Digital Media Team to grow our efforts and mature our current strategy in alignment with our business goals and direction Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review building).

WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of social media strategy, post-development, and customer service across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube. 5+ years experience working in a technical, B2B environment Comfort managing creative resources to develop content in support of social media strategies Good understanding of social media KPIs beyond simple in platform engagement metrics Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior History of developing organic and paid social strategies that lead to strong follower and engagement growth across all platforms Fluent in both verbal and written English Experience with social community management and/or public relations preferred Direct paid social media management and experience preferred Understanding of common tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, BuzzSumo, GaggleAMP, Brand24, and other management and reporting tools. Design and video experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with Business Applications (SalesForce) a plus Proven record of translating internal business language to consumer and business-facing external messaging Possibility of business trips within the US and internationally
