Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and assets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain database and organize daily call schedule. Add appropriate notes in Excel.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling consultations and showings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain organized files, databases, and records related to team activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a marketing or administrative or sales support role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Quick learner, capable of grasping new processes and programs with minimal supervision.
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not required.
