Coordinate the manpower, vehicle assignments, special equipment and communication with field personnel. Generate Work Orders and communicate directly with the customer to coordinate delivery and installation for Simple Project and Customer Pick Up Orders. Collaborate and problem solve with cross-functional employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: PROBLEM SOLVING: Reduce human struggle and waste. Highlight, track and help solve problems. Use the following framework for problem solving: Share and test knowledge and ideas that improve the quality and speed of workflow. PERFORMANCE: Provide project and customer appropriate solutions which help us win and retain customers.
