Project-level consultants within the Real Estate and Transaction Support Practice group routinely manage projects for a variety of business operations and industries with a focus on commercial and industrial settings that include:

Environmental, Health and Safety compliance reviews, permitting and planning Building material surveys and Property Condition Assessments Site investigations and regulatory closure Vapor intrusion assessments and mitigation Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) liability assessments Legacy environmental liability reviews National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) evaluations Environmental cost estimation

Skills and Experience

Three to eight years of project-level consulting experience conducting and directing due diligence services S. in geology, environmental engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or equivalent preferred Professional Certification (PE/PG/CHMM/CSP) a plus Detail-oriented and ability to work within a team setting and independently Strong communication and technical writing, coupled with analytical, organizational, and time management skills Flexibility to accommodate travel (25%) and a valid-driver’s license OSHA HAZWOPER training Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite AutoCAD, ArcGIS experience a plus
