What will you be doing?
Spearheading large projects with multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholders
Being responsible for organizing project delivery cadence and run effective discussions with senior leadership and project team
Coordinating overall project documentation across all bank functions including requirements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reports, etc
Defining, creating and updating project plan. Track upcoming deliverables and ensure completion of project milestones and tasks
Ensuring projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards
Taking responsibility for leveraging project management best practices and apply lessons learned from completed projects
Managing the identification and resolution of risks and issues and promoting effective working relationships with stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Several years project management experience, managing projects, spearheading teams to include experience developing detailed end-to-end project plans, budget/financial
Proven ability to manage and influence others to deliver intended outcomes in a matrixed environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building and collaboration
Ability to effectively manage through ambiguity
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
More than three years of experience working in Financial Services
Understanding and experience of managing Mergers & Acquisitions
PMP/PMI certification, LEAN or Six Sigma a plus
