Would you like to work in a professional environment where the #1 priority is taking care of people?If want to be in a positive work environment that feels like a work family and have a career that is impactful and important to those you serve, you'll want to join Neuhaus Foot and Ankle.Key responsibilities are:Handles incoming calls with an exceptional patient experience Schedules appointments for multiple clinics and providers Communicate with clinical teams on patient's requestsAbility to route calls or messages to the appropriate staff/clinic Understands and complies with Provider Scheduling Templates Update patient information into EMR system Follows policies and proceduresQualifications are: Previous experience handling patient interactions or assisting in a healthcare clinic or hospital settingKnowledge and/or familiarity with medical billing and coding is highly preferredExperience working in a podiatric or orthopedic practice is plusAn exceptional customer service orientation featuring empathetic, compassionate, and professional demeanor with each interactionTenacious problem solver, with demonstrated capacity to embrace complex problems and arrive at effective solutions in a timely mannerEnjoys working in a team-based environment with active collaborationMust be an effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skillsStrong written communication skills with success in providing notes, updates, and written communications via computer systemsExperience working in an EMR is preferred, eClinical Works software is a plusDemonstrated experience as a motivated and dedicated team member with a stable work historyWe have high expectations and provide a rewarding work environment for those that find Neuhaus Foot and Ankle the right fit.
