- Managing the flow of the restaurant, expertly coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Engaging guests with your exceptional communication skills, providing them with helpful information about our menu and specials.
- Mastering the art of multitasking as you gracefully handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings with efficiency and poise.
- Collaborating with the waitstaff to ensure timely seating and smooth transitions between guests, optimizing our restaurant's efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Embracing the role of an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels valued and receives personalized attention throughout their visit.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
