As a Creative Director - Copy, you will drive creative concepts and big ideas and will be responsible for creative excellence in every part of the storytelling journey: creative concepts, executions, writing, etc. You will oversee copywriters in their delivery of outstanding writing, with results that include headlines and body copy for out-of-home, retail, digital channels, and other consumer-facing creative work You will partner with the Social team to oversee the voice of NOBULL on social media, inclusive of concepts, captions, and reactive efforts You will collaborate with internal partners to help craft brand and seasonal strategy and product positioning You will supervise project work for the highest standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy to ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively outstanding, and delivered on time As a key member of the creative team, you will encourage and motivate your teammates around you, working in a hands-on and highly collaborative manner Drive complex workstreams independently and direct others in order to develop a well-crafted narrative Work to lead and deliver end-to-end creative concepts across Product Launches, Brand Stories, Retail Executions, and Consumer Events working from strategy through concept and finishing with premium executions at all levels across all channels Partner with the team around you to translate briefs and marketing plans into emotive and innovative stories Multitasking different projects will require you to carefully plan and manage your schedule effectively Working closely with the senior creatives, you'll play a part in crafting the future voice and storyline of the brand across every consumer touchpoint Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education 10+ years of creative experience in an editorial, content marketing, brand marketing, or related creative field A shown ability to lead and mentor other writers and creatives Proven origination of innovative storytelling across multiple categories Experience in leading agencies and internal partners to deliver high-caliber work Great human and leadership skills that enable the team to grow. This includes a strong ability to listen and empower the team Good understanding of interactive communication, processes, and user interface design for online products Great understanding of consumer behavior.
