We are growing and are looking to add a Recruiter to our team who be responsible for recruiting for a wide variety of positions and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background and understands that small businesses need a customized approach to their recruiting structure.

We are looking for the following type of person:

  • Juggler - Have the ability to multitask and work on many positions for different clients while creating and documenting processes and progress.

  • Communication is key - to candidates, clients, and our team
We are a team and pitch in whenever and wherever needed.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset:

Anything and everything Recruiting-related. Every client is different, and every project is different. A well-rounded Recruitment background is key Most of our clients have no idea what they need so it is our job to advise them on what is most important.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Submit candidates to client hiring managers, leadership, and/other designated representative
  • Conduct verbal job offer calls and answer questions related to benefits as required
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Build strong relationships with managers addressing questions and concerns or elevating as necessary
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a mentor to new hires and help them onboard
Recruiter Requirements:
  • 4+ years' of recent experience in Recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing and working directly with hiring managers
  • 2+ years' of client facing and/or account management experience
  • Technologically savvy; ability to quickly and easily learn new software
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement with confidence and ability to make decisions independently
  • Strong follow-through capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
