What you'll be doing:
As our Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for our community. You will have full oversight and responsibility for meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce. You will be genuinely interacting with our residents, families, associates, and visitors in a professional and caring manner.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Current Administrator's license (based on state requirement)
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Previous operations experience specific to retirement housing with assisted living, long- term care or related fields and experience operating and maintaining a quality, customer-oriented workforce
- Strong human relations skills and experience with the ability to communicate with diverse levels of employees
- Possess a valid and current driver's license
- May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification
- Must be willing to travel including air travel
