**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform business and client development activities
+ Responsible for the operational management of the branch office, including construction materials testing/inspection and Geotechnical related lab and field testing
+ Quotes costs and fees to clients as well as communicates effectively with clients on all services
+ Coordinates personnel and equipment within the branch
+ Profit and Loss responsibility
+ Prepare proposals and reports
+ Recruitment, development, and mentoring of professional, technical, & administrative personnel
+ Promotes continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, monitors quality standards and practices
**Qualifications:**
+ BS in Civil Engineering from 4-year college or university
+ P.E. License
+ 5+ years of relevant experience is required
+ ICC, NICET, and/or ACI Certifications are desired
+ Personnel management, project management, and profit & loss experience
+ Strong business development interest and competency
