HealthSource experts are backed by the largest chiropractic system in the nation.Schedule:Monday to FridaySome WeekendsYou will LOVE working with us if you can: Passionately share Healthsource's Beliefs and ValuesBe self-driven in natureBe not only passionate about living a healthy way of life but live one themselvesBe passionate about learning and receptive to teachingConnect with others with great communication skillsBe passionate about educating othersPossess a desire to be a leader and integral part of a strong team Provide fun, creative, and energetic patient carePossess exceptional manual skillsResponsibilities:Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.Coordinate, track, and report key metrics/measurements related to patient managementMaintain accurate case histories of patients.Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.Take diagnostic x-rays, when medically necessary.Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.Building positive doctor-patient relationshipsMaintaining accurate and timely patient recordsSales of wellness membership packagesParticipate in community outreach and marketing initiativesParticipate/lead weekly training for staffStrong attention to detail with demonstrated process management skills.Ability to work independently and with some late evenings and weekend hours as necessary.Qualifications Required:A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid New Jersey DC licenseFully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in New JerseyMinimum 3 years of experience required.
