Beacon Hill is hiring We have partnered with a consulting company in Waltham, MA is hiring Customer Service Representatives to start immediately This is a mainly remote position with the requirement of going onsite a few days per year. Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiriesGreat written and spoken communication skillsSomeone with contact-center or high volume customer service experience is goodWill deal with phone calls, emails, cases, etcHealth industry exp not a mustProvide excellent customer service through active listeningWork with confidential customer information and treat it sensitivelyAim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understandingAppropriately communicate with customersMust be able to work from either 10a-7pm or 11am - 8pm, Monday - Friday remotely.
