Specific Responsibilities Include: Lead development projects through SECO’s product lifecycle process, from requirements definition through mass production. The position often involves managing multiple projects concurrently. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers and internal management. Manage project requirements, including contract change control, with quality, on-time delivery and on-target cost. Organize between cross functional teams, including design engineering, test & validation, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and finance. Coordinate ongoing technical support for existing customers.
