NitroFill, LLC Seeks a fulltime Customer Service Specialist. Your tasks will include working within the Tire Claims Center answering customer phone calls/emails and assisting through the claims validation, adjudication, and payment process.

Duties:
  • Answer incoming tire claim calls from participating NitroFill dealers and/or program members utilizing provided script.
  • Collect program information and enter into our proprietary computer database.
  • Verify customer membership coverage.
  • Utilize program to initiate and process claims in a timely manner.
  • Learn our various tire warranty program terms and conditions.
About Nitrofill:
NitroFill is a nitrogen based tire inflation product that replaces the air in automobile tires to increase tire life, fuel economy, and safety. NitroFill is sold to consumers through a nationwide network of over 5,000 car dealers, tire stores, and automobile service centers. Each Nitrofill purchase includes a Product Warranty/Membership (known as the NitroFill Auto Club) which provides among other benefits, Tire Coverage, wherein NitroFill will pay to repair or replace any covered "NitroFill Tire"

Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate will have years of insurance or warranty claims experience or similar telephone based customer service experience.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have some experience working with or knowledge of tires.
  • Must have excellent customer service and phone skills including: verbal communication, written communication, listening, and professionalism.
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
