Automotive Service Business Development Representative

Phil Smith Automotive Group is a rapidly growing multi-brand automotive retailer and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC). BDC Representative Qualifications:
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Take direction well
- Must like being part of a TEAM
- Must be able to stay focused
- Must have an open availability
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments following dealership specific guidelines.
- Receive inbound calls for four high volume dealerships, schedule appointments or route calls to the proper department.
- Reaching out to customers using provided lists to generate service appointments.
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for their servicing needs.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with service consultants to provide detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.

- MUST be reliable
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
- Must be able to work 9-6 M-F including rotating Saturday's (day off during the week if you work a Saturday)
