**We are looking for a full time (35-40 hours a week) CSR/Retail Sales Associate to work on our sales team interacting directly with customers by phone, email, and in person. Must be available Thursday evenings and Saturdays.**

**Your responsibilities would include**

* Working in the retail store selling our vast range of products.

* Fronting and stocking shelves in retail store.

* Help with design and creating displays.

* Willingness to learn about products to assist customers in making decisions.

* Use computer to track customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents.

* Solving customer issues in a helpful and professional manner.

* Handling and balancing cash floats and point of sale system.

* Assists in the resolution of customer complaints, returns and exchanges .

* Assist customers on the phone and making calls for pick up orders.

**The successful candidate would possess**

* Effective, strong communication skills both verbal and written.

* Prior Retail and computerized point of sale experience.

* Above average organizational skills and ability to multi task.

* Quick learner & problem-solving skills

* Ability to lift 50 pounds.

* Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required .

* Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions is necessary.

* Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
