Your responsibilities will include managing the Northeast regional operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence and service. The preferred candidate should ideally be situated within the northeastern region of the United States, ideally positioned between Philadelphia and Hartford, Connecticut. Develop and execute initiatives and programs that align with business objectives Facilitate communication and coordination between Troon, its sub-brands, and Owners Manage staffing and organizational structure, including performance evaluations and recommendations Analyze and report financial results to stakeholders Drive company-wide initiatives to promote vision and culture Recommend and implement strategic operational changes Oversee operating budgets and forecasts to optimize performance and ensure compliance Support new business development opportunities Conduct property reviews and uphold Troon standards for team performance and service excellence Provide training on Troon operational standards to key personnel Qualifications & Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Experience in hospitality management Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours Strong leadership abilities, with clear communication and directive skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and direct reports Analytical problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills Commitment to Troon’s company values and organizational development Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Budget and forecast expertise to ensure financial accountability Strategic planning abilities Please note that this job description outlines primary responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
