[7-10] years of tax experience with an asset manager, law firm or Big 4 accounting firm required Technically proficient in partnership tax law and international tax with tax structuring and planning experience Ability to demonstrate and articulate an understanding of complex tax concepts, including to non-tax professionals Excellent financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using complex models Solutions-oriented and collaborative – able to quickly identify structural flaws and to propose workaround and solutions to preserve the commercial goals Familiarity with project or corporate finance transactions and documentation Prior experience in the renewable energy, power generation or infrastructure space is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
