Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent customer experience. Job seekers should have a background in hydraulic basics and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
•Utilize catalog data and hydraulic knowledge to determine/crossover part numbers and troubleshoot customer issues.
•Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
•Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
•Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
•Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications
•Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
