High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
