Appointment Specialist

Are you ready to join a vibrant team? Staffmark in Temecula, CA, is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Appointment Specialist. In this crucial position, you will manage and verify set appointments, respond to customer and sales representative inquiries, and ensure the call center adheres to compliance standards through detailed audits. Your goal will be to confirm appointments with precision and efficiently handle those that need rescheduling or additional information. If you have at least six months of outbound calling/customer service experience in a call center environment, we'd love to hear from you
Pay: $18/hr
Shift Details: Monday-Saturday (5 days within the 6 AM - 7 PM window, 8 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Verify appointment details for accuracy
- Audit call center interactions to ensure compliance and completeness
- Respond promptly to texts from customers and sales representatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry, communication, customer service, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to perform occasional light lifting (5-10 pounds)
