Summary:

The Stability Coordinator will be responsible for the Vytalogy Stability Program

Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

• Provides sample/study management including communication with other departments to obtain samples and for pulling of samples at the appropriate time points.
• Prepare and send samples out to third-party labs as necessary. Print results from third-party labs and update templates accordingly.
• Enters test results from inhouse and contract laboratories into the stability study management systems.
• Creates stability reports for internal and external (Client requests) use.
• Reviews and updates the stability program SOP as needed.
• Updates the shelf life list.
• Provides compliance support by reviewing for accuracy data.
• Supports stability chamber maintenance by working with third party contractors and site maintenance personnel, maintaining, and reviewing environmental charts and log sheets and responding to chamber related events.
• Provides support for installing, operational, and performance qualifications activities of chambers.
• Supports collection of stability information during internal, external, and regulatory inspections.
• Executes work in compliance with cGMPS and departmental SOPs
• Reports any issues including storage chamber excursions that have the potential to compromise product quality.
• Release customer reports to lab staff, make copies and generate invoices promptly.
• Reconcile and close out POs used for sending samples to third-party labs for testing.
• Supports QC Lab with physical testing when down time occurs.

Youll need the following (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Science or equivalent coursework and 4+ years of related experience.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel and typing.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with others.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and in a team environment while maintaining a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor to foster productive working relationship with management, coworkers, vendors and customers.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
