Position Summary

The SVP, National Accounts leads EnableComp's efforts to maintain and enhance relationships and close new business with the nation's largest health systems.

This position is responsible for achieving company sales goals and assigned strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and close contracts and sales deals while implementing programs to increase growth and ROI. Create pricing models, library of RFP responses, follow up protocols and all finalist presentations. Develop innovative sales and service strategy solutions to enhance brand recognition in the healthcare marketplace. Maintain operational efficiency with proactive oversight and correction. Work closely with the sales and enterprise leadership team to generate new and existing client sales through addition of new customers, white-space expansion, and other relevant avenues. Train, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals (including territory representatives, inside sales, and other resources) to successful achievement of sales goals as defined by the company. Actively engage with peers to ensure a uniform team cadence, KPI definitions, and management metrics including reporting to successfully manage sales performance and outcomes. Lead role in determining selling strategy, sales and marketing plans, approval of materials, vertical opportunities, setting/committing to annual sales goals and objectives for your team members. Manage a team as necessary in communications, both written and oral, with prospective new clients through the execution of an agreement. Ensure that proper processes are followed and approvals obtained regarding contract pricing and terms. Lead the team in preparation and delivery of introductory meetings and conference calls, participate with client assessments and information gathering, prepare and deliver status reports to clients and/or sales leadership, participate in follow-up/clarification meetings and maintain client and status information in . Ensure alignment with Client Engagement teams ensuring client status meetings are conducted with appropriate messaging and retention focus. Maintain and actively manage your teams P&L, including T&L, marketing, and other expense areas. Participate and present regularly in Senior Leadership Team meetings, reviews, performance updates and as necessary/required. Successfully coordinate numerous departments in the execution of pricing strategy and contractual execution. Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications

Associates degree required.

Bachelor's degree preferred. 8 years successful experience in direct sales to hospitals at CFO or VP Revenue Cycle level. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Hospital revenue cycle experience required. Ability to travel up to 3 days per week in market/territory. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Special Considerations and Prerequisites

Knowledge of workers' compensation, Veterans Administration, CCN, TRICARE, MVA/TPL, OSM, and general understanding of the medical claim reimbursement process. Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management for Hospitals and providers, specifically in regard to the insurance/provider relationship. Well-developed professional with the ability to think and act strategically with demonstrated strategy development experience Proven history of sales success achieving quota. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Self-starter with high energy and diligent to sales process. Demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives and hospital senior management teams. Strong networking, negotiation and organizational skills.
