Key Role & Responsibilities: Coordinate global marketing launch activities: manage and report on all activities needed for marketing readiness including creation and sharing of launch packages for new products.Drive new product development: initiate research and collaborate with the analytics team to synthesize data.Champion brand deployment: maximize value extraction from brand positioning for the ARO business unit.Lead product marketing efforts including strategic messaging, content development, product positioning and data-driven decisions for ARO portfolio.Coordinate content management: develop and lead a content management model, overseeing updates to key product content.Establish digital content standards: create standards for digital content, including photos, descriptions, and features & benefits.Manage ARO Trademark, brand standards, collateral, store, and positioning style guide.Cultivate industry insights: engage with key industry organizations to understand and influence industry value drivers and better message to target customers. Work Arrangement and Travel Requirements: This is a remote job arrangement with travel up to 10%.Preferred locations for this position to reside is Bryan, OH or Davidson, NC. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Industrial Distribution Management with at least 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and/or Sales roles, preferably in industrial B2B markets.
