Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.The HR Operations Coordinator Senior is responsible for processing transactional work in the HR Operations team.How You Will Make an ImpactPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to: Processes adjustments and changes for pension benefitsPerforms pension benefit calculationsMaintains recordsAnalyzes plan documentsRuns and analyzes reports and queriesResolves systems processing problemsResearches and resolves complex transactional inquiriesPerforms UAT testingParticipates on project teams and identifies process improvement needsProcesses department specific transactional workCustomer service support via email and phoneMinimum Requirements:Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other, including Workday transactional processing; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Strongly preferred BA/BS.Pension experience preferred.Job Level:Non-Management Non-ExemptWorkshift:Job Family:HRS > HR OperationsPlease be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
