We are currently searching for a Treasury Manager for the Memphis, TN corporate office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage banking relationships and partners. Negotiate banking services and fees Provide leadership to a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship and professional/personal growth. Oversee the administration of banking systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee all aspects of money movement process, including payroll wires, ACHs, & client payment processing, and bank transmissions. Primary point of contact for addressing payment discrepancies, payment and payroll returns, and escalating challenges to senior leadership. Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Implement best practices and streamline treasury workflows. Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management and external boards Other duties as assigned

Direct Supervision Required:very little supervision and instruction required

Organizational Relationships:

May be assigned supervisor of accounting department personnel from time to time May be responsible for assisting accounting managers and personnel when needed

Education and Work Experience Requirements

4 Year college degree or equivalent required MBA and/or treasury certification preferred 6 to 10 years experience in a related field

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

Very high level of understanding of accounting concepts, industry accounting practices, GAAP and treasury functions Advanced Excel skills
