Our commitment to exceptional customer service and expertise has made us a trusted name in the industry.The Centralized Transaction Processor is a full-time, on-site position from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 am and ending at 5:30 pm at the Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Home Office in Plano, TX. As a Centralized Transaction Processor, the team is responsible for supporting 15 sales offices in ensuring transaction compliance, creating transactions in the accounting system, and handling sales and lease transactions. This may include entering the sales and leases into Skyslope and Lone Wolf. You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and timely preparation of Commission Disbursement Agreements (CDA) and communicating with sales leaders, on-site staff, and sales associates if you need additional documentation.The Centralized Transaction Processor confirms the accuracy of funds received from the title companies and/or checks from landlords, closes out the transactions in Lone Wolf, SkySlope, and MLS, and submits deposits to finance. Also, will review monthly associate billing for discrepancies before emailing the associate billing to the sales associates and processing credit cards through Lone Wolf.The Centralized Transaction Coordinator monitors upcoming sales transactions for completeness and compliance and provides support to sales associates, which may include ensuring all paperwork is completed and processed in a timely manner. The Centralized Transactions Coordinators will communicate with the sales leaders, sales associates, and field staff and respond to questions regarding commissions, research, and resolve discrepancies. You will also assist in locating errors and filling out reports.As the Centralized Transaction Coordinator, you will confirm agent GCI to ensure levels of agent fees are updated in Lone Wolf as needed and enter and charge new associate launch fees as needed. You will confirm all closings are accounted for by interacting with on-site staff, sales associates, and title companies and update the systems as needed. You may also process sales associate accounts receivable charges and payments.Your responsibilities will also include maintaining new and existing sales associate information, working with sales managers to ensure accurate compensation agreements based on outlined qualifications, and performing any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommon job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. (0-5%)QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldActive/Inactive Texas Real Estate LicenseExperience:1- 2 years real estate contract transaction processorKnowledge and Skills:Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skillsExperience with escrow and title processesRequisite knowledge and expertise to handle various contracts, such as single-family, condominiums, land, farm and ranch, commercial, and leases.
