Job Description Provides cross competency management Analyst support for large Plant and Property and supply chain management of accountable and durable materials management activities Provide accurate and reliable responses on a wide range of management and administrative functions as they apply to the Army Research Directorate, Cross Competency efforts within the BOSS-Plant and Property cell. Coordinates the operations for the BOSS Plant and Property Team and maintains liaisons with appropriate RBD offices, and staff reporting while overseeing the flow of work through the office to ensure its expeditious processing. Evaluate program documents, requests and proposals prior to submission; coordinates with the Staff Director and staff on the priority of materials requirements and highlight areas of concern Prepare for and coordinate senior-level visits and high-level events and meetings, ensuring facilities, arrangements, security and building access are complete. Research and prepare background facility and information for attendees visiting facility. Review facility requests/assessments/packages intended for action for their content, accuracy, and completeness by ensuring information, background, and references and editing for appropriate format, grammar, and spelling.
