Overview:

The Practice Manager ensures that the clinic operates according to federal and state funding guidelines and contributes to IHC's mission and goals of client satisfaction, quality of care, and productivity.

The job responsibilities include: Planning, implementing, supervising, and coordinating clinic operations Formulating and monitoring the clinic's budget Initiating and leading weekly Local Management Team meetings to discuss financial reports, variance reports, productivity, outreach, client issues, and facility issues Assisting with hiring and orienting employees Managing the training and professional development of clinic staff Monitoring provider productivity and working with department supervisors to adjust appointment schedules, policies, and procedures as needed Representing the clinic in the community through partnerships with other agencies, often involving complex explanation, interpretation, and influence Recruitment Package includes but is not limited to: Salaried position $4000.00 retention bonus paid after one year 403(b)/403(b) matching Flexible spending account Health, life, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Generous PTO Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Requirements:
