• Review project plans, specifications and project contracts. • Manage, review, negotiate, and approve contract terms and conditions. • Establish and monitor project delivery schedules, progress, client contact and suppliers. • Review project contract estimates, proposed materials, and production costs. • Ensure that all project records are accurate and up to date. • Attend project meetings and prepare project status reports. • Comply with the SMEC’s standard. • Comply with the contract law standard and regulations. • Work closely with Project Director, Project Manager, and other technical personnel.

Key Qualifications
