Position Requirements: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and ten (10) years experience with healthcare financial management, five (5) years of which must be in a senior level in a university or teaching hospital/physician practice plan environment required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. Work experience may NOT substituted for education requirement. Licenses / Certifications / Registrations Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation required. TRAITS & SKILLS: Must be self-directed / self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
