Responsibilities:
- Manage the fulfilment of talent needs for hourly and salaried positions and develop and utilize various sources for talent acquisition.
- Conduct training & organizational needs assessments to maintain, improve, and develop on-going organizational development programs.
- Coordinate Employee Relations concerns, investigate as needed and consistently maintain positive employee relations.

Required Skills:
- Prior experience in Human Resources with a Construction Company
- Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources.
- Leadership skills: Build, organize, and direct a growing human resources team.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
