How You'll Make an Impact
Under the direction of the Regional Director , the Program Director works in collaboration with case managers and other team members to ensure a high-quality and appropriate level of care. While adhering to specific procedures and policies, the Program Director will assist staff to empower the adults with serious and persistent mental illness by directing services toward achieving the goals necessary for success and satisfaction in the community. The Program Director will also support the Regional leaders in implementing systems for Corporate and Divisional goals.

Requirements

Mental health license (LPC, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. Candidate must be on track to obtain clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW).
3 years of experience in a human service agency, which included supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
Excellent communication, written and time management skills
Current and valid driver’s license
Must Pass Criminal record clearances
Must be available to be contacted for urgent and emergent situations
