Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage hiring process for new positions, posting openings, screening resumes/skillset, corresponding with candidates, conducting interviews, and arranging interviews with supervisor and hiring team.
  • Manage operational day to day processes at Customer Site
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities
  • Lead employee engagement activities
  • Support in the planning of employee's events
  • Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, auditing, and other reports at the client's request.
  • Provide support with employee changes and transitions, when needed.
  • Manage customer requested processes
  • Manage annual performance and development review
  • Responsible for ensuring employee handbook and policies are being followed.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and applications to the HR department
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft excel knowledge
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Valid CA drivers' license with the ability to drive and operate a company vehicle

Qualifications:

  • PHR OR SHRM preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in the HR field or similar
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and Cal-OSHA regulations
  • Human Resource experience
  • MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
