Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process and ensure the reported results comply with applicable financial reporting standards Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to business units’ accounts and liaise proactively with the business heads to stay on top of developing trends Review debtors’ and creditors’ ageing reports on monthly basis, identify anomalies and discuss with relevant business heads to address underlying issues accordingly Evaluate monthly contribution analysis and management report for relevant divisions and discuss with relevant business heads Review bank reconciliation statements to identify any unreconciled items and their impact on general ledger balances Oversee input and output sales tax and income tax withholding transactions pertaining to relevant divisions Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance with local, state and federal government requirements Perform role of company secretary and ensure compliance of listed company Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of financial regulations IFRS and industry standards A critical thinker mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to liaise with governmental agencies consultants and internal stakeholders Excellent working knowledge of financial software MS office suite and data management tools
